Step 1: Because we are working with your car's electrical
system, it is advisable to disconnect your battery while installing your
new headlights.

Step 2: Using an 8mm socket, remove the 3 bolts on the top of
the front fascia and the 2 bolts holding on each headlight housing. |

Step 3: Carefully pull your headlight out the front far enough
so that you have access to the wire harness and the bulb. You'll need to
pull the front fascia forward carefully to get the headlight loose. (This
may be covered in more detail in your owners manual under the section for
changing your headlights) |

Step 4: Remove the stock bulb by twisting off the plastic
securing ring on the back of the headlight and pulling the bulb out. Put
the HID bulb into position and secure it using the plastic securing ring. |

|
Step 5: Connect the 2 power leads from the XTec kit to the stock
wire harness as shown. You are putting the black wire into the spot with
the black wire and the red wire into the spot with the purple wire like
so.. |

Step 6: Find a suitable spot in your engine bay and mount the
ballast using the supplied double sided tape and/or wire ties.
|
|
|
Step 7: Connect the power wire harness to the ballast in the
obvious position.
|
|
|
Step 8: Connect the HID bulb to the ballast using the obvious
connectors.
|
|
|
Step 9: Reinstall the headlight. Repeat these steps on the other
side, reconnect your battery and...
|
