Shipping

We do have same day shipping from the California location is orders are placed before 5pm EST.  Shipping from the Canadian location is next day.

Please allow up to 14 day delivery in some area's

All shipping with either be done by FedEx or USPS / Canada post.  We will provide you with a tracking number.

Payment

Payment can be made via paypal to paypal@thexenonstore.com we are a multiple time verified user.

Returns

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee minus shipping charges

Warranty

If you are having a problem with a product under warranty please email us at sales@thexenonstore.com please include your paypal information, full address, and what problems you are having.

You will be responsible for returning the item in question for testing and replacement/repair.  Please allow up to 30-60 days for replacement, it normally takes less time but depending on the level of testing and shipping time it could take up to 2 months.

If returning an item from another country you must declare the value at $0.00 as a faulty product has no value, if you fail to you will be responsible for customs charges before replacement.
