1. Remove the dust caps from the headlights
2. Drill a 1" hole in the centre of each cap as seen here

3. Next, test the bulbs before removing them from their casings. Connect the
ballast, and bulb, and plug the open ends into the stock harness that would
normally hook onto the stock bulb.

4. Now that the bulbs work, slit a hole in the rubber grommet to slide the 2
male ends through so they can enter the headlight assembly.
5. Pull the grommet through the dust cap.
6. Feed the 2 male ends through the grommet and connect to the stock bulb
connector.
7. Tuck the stock connector into the housing out of the way.
8. Put the bulb in and clamp down. IMPORTANT, be sure not to touch the bulb with
and part of your skin as this will decrease the life of the bulb.
9. Screw the dust cap back on.
10. Connect all the connectors together. They can only go one way ( round hole
round peg, square hole square peg)
11. Now mount the Ballast. You can do this any way you like. But here is how I
did it on the V6

PASSENGER SIDE
I had to mount it this way due to the ABS module blocking the hole on the side.

There are 2 different ballasts from this company, it is the luck of the
draw....Both these kits were picked up at the same time. So you could get one or
the other, no worries they both are the same internally.
Once everything is mounted and plugged in. Start the car and turn those puppies
on.
